t is difficult to know whether to congratulate Gov. Sean Parnell for seeing the
handwriting on the wall for his priority of getting broad tax reform through the
Legislature or whether to criticize him for giving up too soon.
He bagged
the legislation, after all, only eight days into the 30-day, ongoing special
session - blaming the Senate.
