Editorial
It is difficult to agree with the Anchorage Daily News on much, but it is
right in its editorial suggesting the Assembly get an independent audit of the
Anchorage Community Development Authority and EasyPark, the downtown parking
enforcer.
The editorial followed columnist Julia O’Malley’s inquiry about
where the parking fine money goes and the resulting bureaucratic smokescreen and
runaround that followed.
